Two Programs - Every Tuesday - All Year - Public ALWAYS Welcome! The Atkinson Community Center is located at 4 Main Street, Atkinson, NH 03811 (mapquest) NEW! BEGINNING JANUARY 6, 2009 The club will dance at an Energetic PLUS Level from 8:15-10:00pm. What makes this program different is that EVERY WEEK we start with FREE DANCING OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC 7:00-8:00pm! No experience necessary...we start with Do-Si-Do every week.  Why do you ask? I'll tell you why... For years, organized square dancing has made it a policy to invite new dancers into the activity only a couple times a year. If someone is interested in square dancing and they don't make it into classes in September (or sometimes January) we tell them they have to wait until next year. Turning people away is bad business in the best of times. Turning people away from our activity as we see our numbers dwindle is TERRIBLE business. So, it is my intention to make square dancing available to the general public year round. I will keep the square dance community up to date on this programs success and encourage everyone to adopt a similar program in your area. Square Dancing has been the worlds best kept secret for TOO LONG. Help me to get the word out and welcome new members into our great activity!
